As Ideation Lead & Product Designer, I worked closely with researcher to translate insights from competitor analysis, 50+ surveys, and 15+ user interviews into actionable design directions. I rapidly prototyped conversational flows and character-driven experiences, ensuring every iteration aligned with the founders’ evolving product vision.
