I realized I wanted to design the product, not just market it. So I shifted from campaigns to product design, bringing my understanding of user behavior and business strategy with me.

Joined SmartDaily (a B2B2C platform used by 10,000+ buildings in Taiwan) where I bridged the gap between engineering and user needs, shipping growth features that boosted MAU by 24% and content reach by 59%.
